1. The service

TwelveTone provides personal colour analysis and outfit guidance based on published colour-theory frameworks. Results are advisory and aesthetic in nature. They are not a professional styling consultation, and no outcome is guaranteed.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You may not upload images of anyone without their consent, attempt to reverse engineer or overload the service, resell access, or use the service to build a competing dataset.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves your access in place until the end of the paid period. We do not store your card details — payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.

5. Refunds

If a subscription was charged in error, contact us and we will investigate. Statutory rights of withdrawal in your jurisdiction are unaffected by these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its palettes, algorithms and interface remain the property of Advanced Management Solutions. Your uploaded images and your analysis results remain yours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Advanced Management Solutions is established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
