Photographs

A portrait you upload for analysis is processed in memory and never written to disk. We store only the three extracted colour values (skin, hair, iris) along with the derived season and contrast figures. The image itself is discarded as soon as the request finishes.

What we store

Your email address, name and profile image from your chosen sign-in provider; your analysis results; your wardrobe entries and saved outfits; and your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We do not store card numbers.

Why

To provide the service you asked for, to bill you if you subscribe, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your photographs to train models.

Processors

Stripe (payments), the OAuth provider you sign in with, and our hosting provider. Each processes data only to deliver the service.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time from your account, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your analyses, wardrobe and saved outfits.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. Stripe event records are retained for accounting and support purposes.
