Photo analysis
Your photo is analysed in memory and never written to disk. Only the three extracted colours are stored — the image itself is discarded as soon as the analysis finishes.
For a usable reading
- Face an even, indirect daylight source — a window, not direct sun.
- No makeup on the forehead and cheeks if you can manage it.
- Remove glasses, tie hair back from the face, and use a plain background.
- Turn off warm indoor bulbs — they add an amber cast that reads as warm undertone.
- Fill the frame with your face, looking straight at the camera.
If the result looks wrong, retake the photo in better light rather than accepting it — a bad sample produces a confident wrong answer.
